Welcome to Zero100, an AI-powered business masterclass designed to help founders, entrepreneurs, and business professionals build smarter, faster, and better. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering or participating in any part of the event.

By registering for Zero100 (online or offline), you agree to the following:

1. Registration & Payment

  • All registrations are confirmed only upon full payment.

  • Ticket sales are non-refundable, except under conditions stated in our refund policy.

  • Zero100 reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event; in such cases, participants will be notified and offered alternatives.

2. Participation & Conduct

  • Participants are expected to engage respectfully with speakers, facilitators, and other attendees.

  • Disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.

  • For physical attendees: access to the venue requires a valid ticket and ID.

3. Use of Materials & Recordings

  • All slides, recordings, toolkits, templates, or downloadable materials are the intellectual property of Zero100 or our facilitators and may not be redistributed without permission.

  • By attending, you grant Zero100 the right to photograph, video record, or screen-record sessions that may include your image or voice, and to use such content for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data & Privacy

  • We collect personal data (such as name, email, company, role) to communicate event details, resources, or future Zero100 updates.

  • Your data will never be sold, and may be shared with sponsors only for relevant follow-up purposes (e.g., exclusive offers, tools you used during sessions).

  • You can opt out of communications at any time.

5. Tools, Software, and Third-Party Services

  • During the event, attendees may use third-party tools, no-code platforms, or AI services.

  • Zero100 is not liable for any misuse, malfunction, or changes in terms by those third-party platforms.

6. Liability

  • Zero100 and its organizers are not responsible for any personal or technical issues (e.g. internet outages, software errors) that may affect your participation.

  • For physical attendees, we are not liable for personal belongings, travel arrangements, or injuries sustained during the event.

7. Event Changes

  • Zero100 reserves the right to change the agenda, speakers, or content structure at any time for improvement or availability reasons.

  • Any major changes will be communicated promptly to registered attendees.

8. Certificates & Access

  • Certificates of completion may be issued to participants who attend and complete a minimum portion of the program (criteria may vary per stream).

  • Access to replays, toolkits, or digital content may be time-limited.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, course content, speaker presentations, and design assets associated with Zero100 are owned by The Brand Hutt or its partners unless otherwise stated.

  • Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
